I was pleasantly surprised by this resort. The beautiful grounds and well-kept rooms made our stay enjoyable. While the dining experience was quite nice, I wish there were more options available. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the value for the price is appealing, but improvements in the dining variety would be welcome.

My week at the resort was far from what I had hoped for. While the staff tried their best, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful, the lack of offered activities was disheartening, and the quality of the accommodations left much to be desired. The unit I stayed in had issues with cutlery and a poorly functioning refrigerator, not to mention the water quality was absolutely unacceptable. I did have a great outing to nearby attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but overall, the resort experience fell flat.

I had an incredible time at this resort! The staff really made me feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The dining experience, especially the candlelight dinner, was phenomenal, but I did feel the breakfast could use more variety. While the location was great for spending time with family, the rooms could use a little more charm.
